1. Week 1 – Makeup Moods & Bridal Beauty Discover a world of make-up trends & moods – along with a focus on Bridal beauty.

   Week 2 – Ageless Beauty, the key to a flawless make-up is understanding your clients individual needs and what products are best suited to different skin-types and ages. The Ageless Beauty module will guide you through the ultimate tips and application techniques to create a beautiful make-up masterpiece on every client.

   Week 3 – Global Beauty, Discover a world of make-up tips from around the globe – along with universal techniques to assist with make-up application across any skin tone and face shape

   Week 4 – Period Make-up, Learn about the history of make-up – and how those techniques influence todays world of cosmetics and make-up application.

   Week 5 – Make-up & Photography, as a professional make-up artist is it essential to understand how lighting, your make-up application and product selection may impact the look of the make-up once photographed. This week we will take a look at the big no-no’s when it comes to make-up for photography and learn what are the go-to products that will look amazing under the camera.
   
   Week 6 – Masterclass & Final Assessment – Put your skills to the test! After an in-depth 6 weeks it’s now time to wrap it up with a final assessment to be delivered. You will be given Final Assessment Checklist with a brief on final looks to be created based on your learnings from the course.

   Week 7 – Accredited Assessment – Get government accredited certificate of attainment! By successfully completing the accredited assessment on this final week and the course, you will gain credits towards below 4 units towards the SHB30221 – Certificate III in Makeup qualification .

These 6 sessions cover the content from 4 units of the Certificate III in Makeup, including:

1. SHBBMUP010 – Design and apply make-up for photography
2. SHBBMUP012 – Apply airbrushed make-up
3. SHBBMUP013 – Design and apply creative make-up
4. SHBBMUP014 – Work collaboratively on make-up productions

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your place in the course. If unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to cancel after the course has started, a fee of $400 per week of attendance plus a kit fee will apply. You can defer your studies to the next available course without penalty.
