SHB30221 Certificate III in Makeup On Campus [Blended Mode]

As this is a blended course, part-time study would be a little tricky. If you require additional time to complete the theory assessments, we’re more than happy to accommodate you, just let us know.

No prior experience is necessary. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to expand your skills, this course is designed to suit all levels.

For full-time study, this course requires approximately 30–35 hours of study per week. This includes 1 live on-campus class per-week, structured learning activities (such as homework and assignments), and preparation for assessments. 

As makeup is a hands-on, practical discipline, you’ll need to complete practical exercises and gain real-world experience at home or in commercial settings. Students are also required to complete a set number of work placement hours and practical work experience.

Assessments include practical projects, quizzes, and assignments that demonstrate your Makeup skills and knowledge. Your trainer will provide feedback and support throughout the course.

Course fee is inclusive of supplies, materials and equipment required within the classroom.

The course is Austudy approved!

The School requires a deposit and admin fee to be paid before enrolment into a course.

Other Materials and Resource Costs 

All students are required to purchase a Makeup kit from Kryolan Professional Make-up for $399. This is required to ensure we can provide quality training to all students.

Additional kits for Airbrushing and Hairstyling can be purchased from Kryolan, but aren’t required as equipment will be provided in class.

Airbrushing kit- $329

Hairstyling kit- $350-$500 (depend)

There is no actual cut-off date for domestic students to enrol for any of our courses, as all of our classes fill based on demand. We advise that anyone interested in studying with us enrol as soon as they can to avoid missing out on a place.
