You can enrol in upto 3 courses, and the maximum number of courses you can study each year is 2, depending on the course and any prerequisites and course timetabling. If you have selected multiple courses, please indicate the sequence you would like to study them.

Monthly and weekly payment plans attract a 4.5% billing fee, $20 establishment fee, and $20 late payment fee.

VET Student Loans are only available for Diploma and higher level courses, and you must be an Australian Citizen or meet certain other criteria.

NSW Smart and Skilled – limited places are available under this program and subject to eligibility requirements. A student contribution payment will be required for most students. The student contribution payment can be paid via VET Student Loans (for Diploma students only), or the student can pay it directly to the school. Please also complete the Smart and Skilled application form

You may upload any relevant documents here such as your Passport, Birth Certificate, Citizenship Certificate, or High School Certificate. We will contact you for other information if required.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information is collected on the enrolment form and during your enrolment in order to meet our obligations under the ESOS Act and the National Code 2007; to ensure student compliance with the conditions of their visas and their obligations under Australian immigration laws generally. The authority to collect this information is contained in the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000, the Education Services for Overseas Students Regulations 2001 and the National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2007.

Information collected about you on this form and during your enrolment can be provided, in certain circumstances, to the Australian Government and designated authorities and, if relevant, the Tuition Assurance Scheme and the ESOS Assurance Fund Manager. In other instances, information collected on this form or during your enrolment can be disclosed without your consent where authorised or required by law.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

I declare that the information I have provided is true and correct. I am aware of the consequences that may arise from providing false, misleading or incomplete information, including the cancellation of my enrolment or the withdrawal of any offer made by TMT. I understand that TMT is required to submit data sourced from this enrolment form to the national vet administrative collection as a regulatory reporting requirement. The information contained on my enrolment form may be used by my RTO or the following third parties for administrative, regulatory and/or research purposes:

• Government departments and agencies and authorised VET related bodies.
• VET regulators.

I understand that I may receive a national centre for vocational education research (NCVER) student survey. TMT will not disclose your personal information to a third party unless required to or permitted by law or where you have consented to the disclosure. Information relating to how TMT collects, uses or discloses your personal information and how you may complain about TMT’s handling of your personal information is contained in the TMT privacy policy.
